High-speed planetary mixers can rapidly and efficiently combine rheological liquids, such as polymer resins paste materials, because of the large centrifugal forces generated by motion mixing vessel. Only a few attempts have been made to computationally model analyze intricate patterns highly viscous substances. This paper presents meshless flow simulations polymeric fluids. research utilized smoothed particle hydrodynamics (SPH) approach for numerical calculations. method has advantages over finite-volume method, which is grid-based computational technique, when it comes modeling interfacial free surface problems. Newtonian rheology force models were used calculate dissipative in partial differential momentum equation fluid motion. Simulations an uncured polyurethane resin carried out while was mixed mixer, under various operating conditions. using SPH able accurately reproduce blending pattern, providing insight into mechanics index evolution characteristics according conditions The simulation results showed that spiral band, promotes performance, densely distinctively formed high-speed operation
